By accessing and using Digest Guru, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you must not use the Service.

4. Description of Service

Digest Guru is a personalized content digest service that aggregates content from YouTube channels and Twitter/X accounts you specify, processes this content using AI technology, and delivers summarized digests to your email address according to your preferred schedule.

The Service includes:

  • Content aggregation from public YouTube and Twitter/X sources
  • AI-powered content summarization and digest creation
  • Scheduled email delivery of personalized digests
  • Account management and preference settings
  • 7-day free trial period for new users

5. AI Technology and Content Accuracy

The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to process, summarize, and generate content for your digests. By using the Service, you acknowledge and understand the following important considerations regarding AI technology:

  • AI-Generated Content: The summaries, analyses, and digest content are generated by AI systems and may not always be accurate, complete, or reflect the full context of the original source material
  • Potential Inaccuracies: AI technology can produce errors, misinterpretations, hallucinations, or biased content. You should not rely solely on AI-generated summaries for important decisions
  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. All content should be considered as informational only
  • Original Source Verification: We strongly recommend verifying important information by consulting the original source materials (YouTube videos, Twitter/X posts) directly
  • Human Oversight Limitations: While we strive to improve our AI systems, there is limited human oversight of individual digest content generation
  • Evolving Technology: AI technology is rapidly evolving, and the quality and characteristics of AI-generated content may change over time

You acknowledge that you use AI-generated content at your own risk and that we are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or analyses.

6. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, with service continuing until the end of your current billing period

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
