Free Trial Period
The Digest Guru service offers a free 7-day trial that allows you to fully experience our Service without any financial commitment. During this trial period, you can explore all features, set up your content sources, and receive digest emails to evaluate whether our Service meets your needs.
No Refund Policy
After the free trial period ends, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. This policy exists because customers have already had the opportunity to try our Service risk-free during the 7-day trial period. We believe this trial period provides sufficient time to evaluate the Digest Guru service and make an informed decision about subscribing.
Service Level Exception
The only exception to our no-refund policy relates to our Service delivery performance:
- Delivery Threshold: If we deliver less than 70% of your scheduled digests within a reasonable amount of time during any monthly period, you become eligible for compensation
- Compensation: In such cases, we will provide you with an additional month of service at no charge, rather than a monetary refund
- Scheduled Digests Only: This exception applies only to scheduled digest deliveries and does not include manually requested digests
- Reasonable Time Frame: We evaluate delivery performance within the context of your chosen schedule and account for reasonable delays due to technical maintenance or external factors
Discretionary Exceptions
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, Felix Wotschofsky reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis at sole discretion. These exceptions are rare and are considered only under extraordinary circumstances.
Subscription Management
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your access to the Digest Guru service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
